Initiatives
At Mother Oliver’s Place, we are dedicated to providing effective support through various initiatives that improve the lives of youth facing housing instability in our community. Each project is carefully designed to foster stability and promote positive outcomes.
Housing
Safe Shelter
Our housing program offers secure and stable living environments for youth aged 13–17. By providing safe shelter, we help young individuals regain a sense of normalcy while empowering them to plan for their futures.
Mentoring
Guidance Support
Our mentoring program pairs youth with caring adults who guide them through personal challenges. These relationships provide invaluable support and motivation, helping participants develop essential life skills and resilience.
Workshops
Skill Development
We offer workshops that focus on life skills, education, and employment readiness. By equipping youth with practical knowledge and skills, we enable them to face life's challenges with confidence and prepare them for independent living.
